Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

Return Policy

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must contact us immediately through our customer service channel lukaikaempresa@gmail.com by sending photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your product.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged/broken or dirty upon arrival.
  • Packages that are lost in transit. We will make the corresponding arrangements with the carrier and send a new product to the customer without any additional charge, except when the customer provides an incorrect address.

Note: Lukaika ® will not be responsible for orders routed or addressed incorrectly by the buyer. In any case, we will take the necessary steps to correct the address once we are notified of the change.

Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid courier losses.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered.

Withdrawal Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and in any case as long as it has not been delivered to the carrier. To cancel, you must send us an email to lukaikaempresa@gmail.com

If it has been delivered to the courier, it will operate as a WITHDRAWAL of the purchase and the buyer will assume the shipping and return costs.

Please send us an email to lukaikaempresa@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product, explicitly stating that you wish to make use of the Right of Withdrawal. You must indicate the account number to which you wish the transfer to be made if payment was made on delivery. If payment was made electronically, the refund will be made to the same account in which the purchase was made.

The customer must send or leave the product according to the instructions established for the collection of the product. The product must be delivered in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer. It must not have any signs of misuse, packaging damage or any other situation that diminishes its value.

Once we have received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to process your refund, which will be made within a maximum of 8 business days.

For the purposes of the right of withdrawal, the shipping and return costs of the product are valued at $60,000

Lukaika ® reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above refund criteria.

Once the refund is made, we will send support to the email provided.

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank and statement again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact lukaikaempresa@gmail.com.

Warranty Policy

The product warranty term is explicitly stated on the product description page.

If you wish to apply the warranty on a product, you must immediately contact our only warranty service channel by email at lukaikaempresa@gmail.com, where you must describe the failure or malfunction of the product and attach photographic and film evidence.

The warranty only applies to factory defects. The warranty does not apply to misuse of products, falls, breakages or damage attributable to a third party.

The warranty does not give rise to the right of withdrawal from the purchase outside the period established by law.

Acceptance of the product for review does not in itself imply acceptance of the warranty.

Under warranty, the product is inspected to determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is due to a factory defect, the product will be repaired at one of our authorized service centers.

According to Lukaika ® will choose between repair or replacement of the defective product.

Once the product has been replaced twice and the problem persists, an agreement can be reached with the buyer that involves a refund of the product.
